Mindfulness & Salon Policies

At Reflect Co. Salon, we are committed to providing a peaceful, professional, and respectful environment for every guest. To ensure the best experience for all, we kindly ask that you review and adhere to the following salon policies:

Independent Stylists

Please note that all stylists at Reflect Co. Salon operate as independent contractors, not employees. Each stylist manages their own schedule, pricing, services, and policies. If you have specific questions regarding your appointment, service details, or products used, we kindly ask that you contact your stylist directly.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us adequate time to offer the appointment to another guest.

Late Arrivals

A 10-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals. If you arrive later than 10 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, we may need to reschedule in consideration of our next guest. A cancellation fee may apply.

Service Adjustments

We want you to feel confident and satisfied with your service. If adjustments are needed, they must be requested within 7 days of your original appointment. Adjustments must align with the original consultation. Any services requested beyond this period will be considered a new appointment and charged accordingly.

Refunds & Returns

Due to the time, products, and artistry invested into each service, we do not offer refunds on services rendered. However, we always aim to ensure guest satisfaction and encourage open communication to resolve any concerns.

Unopened retail products may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase with proof of receipt.

Please note: All sales on hairbrushes, hair accessories, and hair extensions are final.

Children & Guests

To maintain a relaxing and safe environment for all clients and stylists, Reflect Co. Salon is a kid-free space unless the child has a scheduled service. We ask that you please arrange child care prior to your appointment.

Personal Belongings

While we take every precaution to maintain a clean and safe environment, Reflect Co. Salon is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. We recommend leaving valuables at home and wearing protective clothing during color services.
