Jessica Woods is the founder and force behind Reflect Co. Salon—a space built on passion, purpose, and over 30 years of hands-on experience in the beauty industry. Starting her career at just 18 years old, Jessica has spent decades behind the chair perfecting her craft, mentoring fellow stylists, and building a salon culture centered around empowerment, authenticity, and elevated service.
Renowned for her expertise in blonding, dimensional color, and intentional hair care, Jessica’s approach goes far beyond surface beauty. She believes that every appointment is an opportunity for transformation—where guests not only leave with stunning hair, but a renewed sense of confidence.
As a dedicated educator and mentor, Jessica pours into the next generation of stylists—helping them grow their skills, build powerful personal brands, and create fulfilling, sustainable careers. Reflect Co. Salon is her vision come to life: a sanctuary where guests feel seen, and stylists are supported to thrive.
Outside the salon, Jessica is fueled by her love of personal growth, her role as a mother and wife, and her calling to lead others with heart. She’s always dreaming big—with a strong espresso in hand and a mission to keep showing up, building community, and reflecting light wherever she goes.

Meet Heather, one of the vibrant artists behind the chair at Reflect Co. Salon. Heather has found her true calling in creating dimensional blondes, healthy lived-in color, and beautiful, seamless Mane Luxe hair extensions.
What sets Heather apart is her heart. She pours genuine care into every appointment, making each guest feel seen, understood, and celebrated. Her goal? To not only enhance your hair, but to help you feel confident and radiant from the inside out.
When she’s not in the salon, Heather is all about wellness and balance. You’ll find her cooking for her family, moving her body with Pilates, or soaking up sunshine at the beach. Her grounded, nurturing energy carries into her work—creating a space where clients can relax, recharge, and walk out feeling like the best version of themselves.
