Jessica Woods is the founder and force behind Reflect Co. Salon—a space built on passion, purpose, and over 30 years of hands-on experience in the beauty industry. Starting her career at just 18 years old, Jessica has spent decades behind the chair perfecting her craft, mentoring fellow stylists, and building a salon culture centered around empowerment, authenticity, and elevated service.
Renowned for her expertise in blonding, dimensional color, and intentional hair care, Jessica’s approach goes far beyond surface beauty. She believes that every appointment is an opportunity for transformation—where guests not only leave with stunning hair, but a renewed sense of confidence.
As a dedicated educator and mentor, Jessica pours into the next generation of stylists—helping them grow their skills, build powerful personal brands, and create fulfilling, sustainable careers. Outside the salon, Jessica is fueled by her love of personal growth, her role as a mother and wife, and her calling to lead others with heart. She’s always dreaming big—with a strong espresso in hand and a mission to keep showing up, building community, and reflecting light wherever she goes.

Ashly Soffee is a passionate hairstylist with a heart for connection, an artistic eye for color, and a grounded spirit inspired by her love for the outdoors. Her calm, confident energy sets the tone for an experience that’s not only beautiful, but deeply intentional.
Behind the chair, Ashly specializes in personalized color, thoughtful hair care, and seamless sew-in hair extensions that enhance natural beauty while maintaining hair health.
